The Aforesaid equipments are stored at the company's plant premises at Pithampur, District - Dhar (MP) and present invitation is for safe of the said Plant on "as is where is" basis.
Interested parties may please submit Expression of of Interest (EoI) indicating the payments terms but not the bid amount, together with their brief profile and their financial ability, in a sealed cover addressed to the 'The Managing Director, M/s. Design Auto Systems Ltd., 5/5-B Navratan Bagh Road, Near Geeta Bhawan Square, A. B. Road, Indore (MP)' The sealed offers must reach the above address on or before expiry of fifteen days from the date of appearance of this advertisement. The company at its sole discretion might prepare a shortlist of the bidder who would be allowed one-time inspection of the plant, on an appointed dated and time, as may be decided by the company. The short-listed bidders would than submit the bid amount in a sealed cover formingpart of the EoI within one week from date of inspection. The company shall advise the winning bidder for sale of equipment. The company reserves the absolute right to terminate/modify/alter the sale process at any time in its sole discretion.
